A Mexican Wedding at our Destination Wedding Venue in Texas

With on-site lodging to host your friends and family, acres of private land to enjoy, and close relationships with local vendors, the Diamond A Ranch is the perfect destination wedding venue in Texas. Fortunately, Anahí and Emanuel thought so too! Since they were coming from Mexico, they needed a space that could host their entire family. They quickly fell in love with the modern ranch atmosphere of our venue and booked our Experience of a Lifetime package! This package allows couples and their guests to stay on our property for the whole week! Anahí’s family traveled from all over Texas, and Emanuel’s family came from Mexico. The couple was thrilled that the groom’s family could all stay in one place, and we think it made the celebration feel so special!

Getting Ready & A Catholic Wedding Ceremony in Granbury

Anahí and her bridesmaids got ready together in the Bridal Casita. This gave them a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the morning. Plus, the Casita gets the best natural light for hair and makeup! The groom got ready in the Groom’s Quarters, enjoying time and space to prepare himself for the important day ahead.

The couple had their Catholic wedding ceremony at a nearby church. When they returned, they took advantage of the long days to take portraits around the grounds. They were able to soak in these first moments as husband and wife while they wandered around the property. They explored the stone courtyard with the pool and the vast green fields before joining their guests for the reception.

Reception in the Homestead Saloon

Anahí traded her long-sleeve lace topper for gorgeous detached puff sleeves, giving her dress a whole new look for the reception! With beautiful white flowers, a live violinist, and lights wrapping along every column, they transformed the Homestead Saloon into a romantic getaway. The best part of our destination wedding venue is how customizable it is! Anahí and Emanuel knew they wanted an unforgettable party, and so we partnered with them to make it happen.

The couple entered the reception with pyrotechnics and confetti, setting the tone for the greatest celebration. They shared their first dance in a sea of clouds and poured fruit on their wedding cake to symbolize sweetness and prosperity. Anahí and Emanuel ushered in the greatest party we have ever seen. They only left the dance floor to capture some stunning couples portraits at sunset. They didn’t need to go far, since beautiful views surround the Homestead Saloon. By just stepping into the courtyard, they were able to get dreamy photos to commemorate the joy of their wedding!
