Texas Countryside Elopements + Micro Wedding Packages
We’re excited to embrace the micro wedding trend sweeping the wedding industry, offering couples three micro wedding packages in Texas at Diamond A Ranch. Each micro wedding venue features outdoor ceremony locations of your choice with breathtaking views of the countryside.
Whether it’s a private elopement or a romantic overnight escape, we have carefully curated our micro wedding packages for your Texas celebration. Choose between our Stone Pathway ceremony location or our Live Oak Grove ceremony location to say your vows. Then enjoy a small gathering of the people dearest to you in a beautiful backyard setting. One of our three tiers is sure to suit your vision of an intimate wedding (and your guest count)!
Available Monday – Thursday, and select Fridays/Sundays up to 1 year in advance.
Remaining Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for dates within 4 months.
ELOPEMENT
- Guest Limit: Up to 10 guests.
- Time: Three hours for getting ready, photos, and the ceremony. Additional hours available for $250/hour (up to 5 hours).
- Ceremony Locations: Choose from two stunning outdoor spots – Live Oak Grove or Stoneway
- Private Suites: Access the Bridal Casita and Groom’s Suite with billiards table.
- Included Setup: Tables, chairs with white spandex linens, wooden arbor, two whiskey barrels, and small signage.
- Extras: Bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, small naked bridal cake, and background music.
- Details:
- $500 damage deposit
- Officiant and Saloon not included

- Guest Limit: Up to 30 guests.
- Time: Five hours for ceremony, photos, and a small dinner (dinner not provided by DARE).
- Accommodations: One-night stay at the Homestead, which sleeps 18 guests.
- Ceremony Locations: Choose from two stunning outdoor spots – Live Oak Grove or Stoneway
- Included Setup: Tables, chairs with white spandex linens, wooden arbor, two whiskey barrels, simple table decor (wood rounds, vases with floating candles), and small signage.
- Extras: Bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, small naked bridal cake, and background music.
- Details:
- Event insurance required

Stoneway – Ceremony Location Option 1
Imagine walking down a timeless stone pathway, surrounded by the serene beauty of the countryside, as you make your way to the most important moment of your life.
Our stone pathway is perfect for hosting up to 150 guests, but it truly shines as an intimate setting for smaller ceremonies, seating under 30 guests more than perfectly. With the soft crunch of stone beneath your feet and the gentle rustling of nearby trees, this pathway offers a touch of elegance and charm that feels both intimate and grand. It’s a space that effortlessly adapts to your vision, creating a stunning backdrop for heartfelt vows and unforgettable memories.
The pathway can be decorated with candles to create a warm glow, complemented by the wooden arbor included in our packages, or two whiskey barrels adorned with floral arrangements to elevate the space even further.
Live Oak Grove – Ceremony Location Option 2
Our Live Oak Grove is nothing short of magical. Towering, centuries-old oak trees create a natural canopy, offering shade, beauty, and a sense of history to your celebration. Couples often book our venue specifically for this enchanting spot, drawn by the grove’s breathtaking presence. Beneath these trees, we’ve even discovered Indian arrowheads, adding a layer of connection to the land’s rich history.
This completely open space is as versatile as it is stunning, able to host an unlimited number of guests while maintaining its charm and serenity. However, when hosting an intimate gathering of 30 or fewer guests, the trees truly steal the show, creating a picture-perfect setting that feels almost otherworldly.
The wooden arbor included in our packages can serve as a lovely focal point, or you can bring in a custom wooden cross for a personalized touch. For an even more dramatic effect, fabric and florals can adorn the branches, creating a custom and stunning accent on an already amazing ceremony location. The Live Oak Grove is more than a ceremony location—it’s a living piece of history, ready to frame the beginning of your story.

Our micro wedding packages at Diamond A Ranch are designed for up to 30 guests. This ensures an intimate and cozy experience for you and your loved ones. Our elopement packages is designed for up to 10 guests.

Yes! Our luxurious on-site accommodations can host up to 20 guests, perfect for close family or friends who want to extend the celebration. Check out photos of Homestead House and our Loop House. You can book these houses here, for all occasions.
Yes, you must supply your own. We do not supply any alcohol. Cash bars are prohibited. Alcohol must be served by one of our approved bartending services. We recommend using Specs!
Yes, we require event insurance. The price is $125 or less. We will provide you with more information upon booking.
We do not require a security guard for micro weddings.
We are pet friendly during your ceremony, but no pets allowed in the Homestead Quarters or Saloon. All pets must be taken offsite after the ceremony.
