Rentals transform a blank space into a personal celebration. When we talk about rentals, we’re talking about everything from statement-making decor to linens and glassware for your reception. Popular rentals include couches and lounge furniture, ceremony altar pieces, like arches or arbors, bar setups, and specialty lighting. No matter what style your wedding is, we can find rentals that perfectly complement it!

Rentals Included at Diamond A Ranch
When searching for rentals, it’s important to consider what your venue has first! At the Diamond A Ranch, different rentals are included with different packages. With our Weekend Experience package, you have access to everything from linens to our on-site decor options! If you’re planning a single-day wedding, rentals are not included, but you can rent them through us for an additional cost, keeping everything in one place! Or, if you’re planning a micro wedding at our modern countryside venue, we have a mix of packages to meet every need. Explore our five tiers to find your fit.
We also have a collection of furniture and decor you can use for your Weatherford wedding! We have a wooden arch for your ceremony, and are soon adding a cross. We include a white sofa and a wall of faux greenery that can be paired with a sign. For your reception, we have a beautiful farmhouse table that can be used as a sweetheart table, plus an entry table and a cake table.
When it comes to lighting, we have cafe lights that can be set up around the turf or added above the dance floor. Our chandeliers were carefully selected and add the perfect artistic touch to our building. We also have lights throughout the venue property to accentuate all of our beautiful live oak trees and keep the grounds lit after dark.


The Best Areas at the Diamond A Ranch to be Elevated with Rentals
Rentals can help personalize every space on our property, starting with our bars. Our primary bar is indoor/outdoor with a garage door. There’s also a large outdoor kitchen island near the Homestead that can serve as a bar area. We love additional bar setups, too!
If you’re looking for a place for a special lounge setup, check out the turf beside the Saloon! This space beside the outdoor bar offers a clean, level surface that’s ideal for everything from custom lounge vignettes to an al-fresco dining extension. Couples often use this space to blend comfort and style—think cozy seating areas under string lights, cocktail tables near the bar, or statement furniture pieces that encourage guests to mingle.

How long have you been in business?
We’ve been in business for 9 years—10 next July! Nearly a decade of designing unforgettable celebrations and growing alongside this ever-evolving industry.
How did you get into the business?
It started after my sister’s wedding in 2016. My mom asked me to help sell some of the leftover decor on Facebook Marketplace, and we quickly realized how difficult it was to resell wedding items. So we pivoted. We turned those gold beaded chargers, blush tablecloths, burlap runners, and lanterns into the foundation of a rental company. What most people don’t see is everything that came after: the nonstop weekends, the truck loading at midnight, the stress of managing client expectations, the holidays missed, and the constant reinvesting. We made it through COVID, when events disappeared overnight, and then raised our family after the dust settled. This business has taken everything: time, energy, emotional bandwidth, and more sacrifice than we could’ve imagined. But we believed in the vision, and we still do.
What rentals are most important at a wedding?
Linens are the easy answer, but there’s so much more to it. Most brides default to a safe white linen, but we always encourage couples to be bold and explore design-forward choices. In truth, anything unique becomes the most important rental. That’s why we work so hard to stay ahead of trends, so we can offer the kind of one-of-a-kind rentals that really elevate your event.
What are a few rental upgrades that make the biggest impact without blowing the budget?
Linens, without question. Not just one or two, but a fully considered linen plan across your tablescapes. The impact of mixing textures, layering patterns, or simply choosing color can completely transform a space. We believe in it so much, we’ve started cutting and sewing our own custom linens from curated fabrics so our brides can express their style in ways that feel fresh, personal, and completely different from what everyone else is doing.
What trends are you seeing right now when it comes to wedding furniture, tabletop decor, or lounge setups?
Right now, it’s all about intentional design. Couples are leaning into layered tabletop looks with artisan touches, like specialty chargers, textured napkins, and personalized menus. Lounge setups are becoming more sculptural and editorial, and color is making a big comeback in both furniture and tabletop details. It’s less about matching everything and more about creating a thoughtful, collected feel.
