We’re excited to embrace the micro wedding trend sweeping the wedding industry, offering couples six micro wedding packages in Texas at Diamond A Ranch. Each package offers a beautiful countryside setting for your celebration.
Whether it’s a private elopement or an all-inclusive romantic overnight escape, we have six carefully curated micro wedding packages for your Texas celebration. Sweetheart Ceremony, Cherished Circle, and Little Big Celebration include a ceremony and reception in the Homestead Yard. Diamond Experience and Overnight Diamond Experience include a ceremony at the Saloon Turf or inside the Saloon, with the reception in the Saloon. One of our six packages is sure to suit your vision of an intimate wedding (and your guest count)!

Our stone pathway is perfect for hosting up to 150 guests, but it truly shines as an intimate setting for smaller ceremonies, seating under 30 guests more than perfectly. With the soft crunch of stone beneath your feet and the gentle rustling of nearby trees, this pathway offers a touch of elegance and charm that feels both intimate and grand. It’s a space that effortlessly adapts to your vision, creating a stunning backdrop for heartfelt vows and unforgettable memories.
The pathway can be decorated with candles to create a warm glow, complemented by the wooden arbor included in our packages, or two whiskey barrels adorned with floral arrangements to elevate the space even further.
Live Oak Grove – Ceremony Location
Our Live Oak Grove is nothing short of magical. Towering, centuries-old oak trees create a natural canopy, offering shade, beauty, and a sense of history to your celebration. Couples often book our venue specifically for this enchanting spot, drawn by the grove’s breathtaking presence. Beneath these trees, we’ve even discovered Indian arrowheads, adding a layer of connection to the land’s rich history.
This completely open space is as versatile as it is stunning, with space for celebrations of up to 250 guests. Your selected package determines your guest limit. However, when hosting an intimate gathering of 30 or fewer guests, the trees truly steal the show, creating a picture-perfect setting that feels almost otherworldly.
The wooden arbor included in our packages can serve as a lovely focal point, or you can bring in a custom wooden cross for a personalized touch. For an even more dramatic effect, fabric and florals can adorn the branches, creating a custom and stunning accent on an already amazing ceremony location. The Live Oak Grove is more than a ceremony location—it’s a living piece of history, ready to frame the beginning of your story.
A micro wedding is an intimate celebration with a smaller guest list. At Diamond A Ranch, our micro wedding packages accommodate up to 30 or 50 guests, depending on the package. It’s perfect for couples who want a meaningful celebration without the stress of a large guest list.
While a micro wedding is a smaller version of a traditional wedding, an elopement usually involves just the couple (and occasionally a few witnesses) exchanging vows, often without the formalities of a reception. Elopements are more spontaneous, while micro weddings are planned events with curated details and guest experiences.
Guest limits depend on the package you choose:
- Sweetheart Ceremony elopement: up to 15 guests.
- Cherished Circle and Little Big Celebration: up to 30 guests.
- Diamond Experience, Overnight Diamond Experience, and Signature Experience: up to 50 guests.

Our micro wedding packages include 6 hours for your celebration. The Sweetheart Ceremony elopement includes 4 hours for getting ready, photos, the ceremony, and reception.
Each package includes tables, chairs, linens, a wooden arbor, two whiskey barrels, small signage, access to bridal getting-ready spaces, florals, cake, a bartender, and an officiant. The exact setup and inclusions vary by package.
The Signature Experience includes BBQ catering and a charcuterie-style cocktail-hour appetizer, a full-service DJ, 6 hours of photography, expanded florals, an in-house coordinator, polyester linens and napkins, gold-accent table settings, event staff, and two nights of lodging for 20 guests. Yes! Our luxurious on-site accommodations can host up to 20 guests, perfect for close family or friends who want to extend the celebration. Check out photos of Homestead House and our Loop House. You can book these houses here, for all occasions.
Yes, you must supply your own. We do not supply any alcohol. Cash bars are prohibited. Alcohol must be served by one of our approved bartending services. We recommend using Specs!
Yes, we require event insurance. The price is $125 or less. We will provide you with more information upon booking.
Our micro wedding packages accommodate 50 guests or fewer, so a security guard is not required. Security is required only when alcohol is served and there are more than 50 guests. Security is not required when no alcohol is served or when there are 50 guests or fewer.
A bartender is included in all six packages, including the Sweetheart Ceremony elopement. Alcohol must be served by one of our approved bartending services.
We are pet friendly during your ceremony, but no pets allowed in the Homestead Quarters or Saloon. All pets must be taken offsite after the ceremony.
