Diamond A Ranch is a family-owned, rustic and elegant Texas ranch wedding venue located on 2,000 private acres in Lipan, Texas. Set on an authentic working cattle ranch, we host everything from intimate elopements and micro weddings to traditional celebrations, all-inclusive weddings, and full wedding weekends with on-site lodging.
We host only one wedding at a time, giving couples and their guests a private and personal experience. We are just 20 minutes from Granbury, 30 minutes away from Weatherford, and 1 hour from Fort Worth.

Who We Are
The Epler family brought their ranching roots from Wyoming to Texas in 2018, and every wedding weekend since has been cared for by our family and team. As the owner of Diamond A Ranch, Ali is part of your experience from the beginning of the planning process through your wedding weekend. For us, being family-owned means being personally involved in the celebrations that happen here.
You’ll also get to know Dani, our Venue Manager and In-House Coordinator. She has a natural eye for the details and a talent for keeping everything moving behind the scenes, helping couples feel taken care of while allowing them to stay present and enjoy their day.
Celica, our Venue Assistant, is another friendly face you’ll see throughout your time at the ranch. She has a genuine love for all things weddings and takes great pride in caring for the spaces where your biggest moments happen. Behind the scenes, she helps keep the venue beautiful, welcoming, and ready for every celebration.

Diamond A Ranch Venue Capacity and Packages
At Diamond A Ranch, we know there isn’t one right way to celebrate a wedding. That’s why our packages range from intimate elopements and micro weddings to traditional celebrations, overnight stays, and complete wedding weekends.
For smaller celebrations, our Sweetheart Ceremony, Cherished Circle, and Little Big Celebration offer several options. The Sweetheart Ceremony is our four-hour elopement experience. The Cherished Circle is a six-hour micro wedding for up to 30 guests with thoughtful inclusions such as florals, cake, tables, chairs, linens, and an officiant. The Little Big Celebration combines a six-hour micro wedding with one night of on-site lodging for up to 20 overnight guests.
For a traditional wedding, A Day to Remember provides up to 15 hours at the ranch for celebrations of up to 250 guests, with ceremony options and a reception in the Homestead Saloon.
For couples who believe every wedding deserves an entire weekend, The Experience of a Lifetime includes three nights at the ranch with accommodations for up to 20 guests, an on-site setting for your rehearsal dinner, rehearsal management, and time to decorate early. After the wedding, there’s no need to pack everything up and rush out at midnight—cleanup can wait until the next day.
For couples wanting more of the details handled, our Diamond Experience, Overnight Diamond Experience, and Signature Experience offer all-inclusive options. The Diamond Experience is a six-hour celebration for 50 guests, while the Overnight Diamond Experience adds one night of lodging for up to 20. The Signature Experience includes two nights at the ranch, six hours of coordination, rehearsal management, an officiant, six hours of photography, additional florals, a charcuterie-style cocktail-hour appetizer, sparklers, and more.
Every package can be customized with additional options, allowing couples to create an experience that feels like their own—from a simple elopement to an all-inclusive wedding weekend.
Wedding Inclusions
Our micro wedding packages are designed to keep intimate celebrations simple and beautiful, with inclusions such as an officiant, tables and chairs, linens, florals, décor, and other wedding-day essentials. Select micro packages also include a bartender and overnight lodging.
Our full-size wedding packages include access to our ceremony and reception spaces, tables and chairs, décor rentals, and security when required. Linens are included with The Experience of a Lifetime and can be added to A Day to Remember. Our three-night Experience also includes lodging for up to 20 guests, rehearsal management, and an on-site setting for your rehearsal dinner.
Our all-inclusive packages bring many of your major wedding services together, including the venue, officiant, catering, bartender, DJ, florals, cake, tables, chairs, linens, décor, and security when required. Depending on the package, overnight lodging, coordination, photography, rehearsal management, and additional wedding-day extras are also included.

Full Wedding Weekend Experiences
Diamond A Ranch offers wedding packages designed for couples who want more than a single wedding day. Depending on the package selected, a wedding weekend can include arriving early, settling into the on-site accommodations, decorating without rushing, holding the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at the ranch, celebrating the wedding day, staying overnight, and enjoying a relaxed departure.
Our wedding-weekend experience gives couples more time with the people they love while keeping many of the most important parts of the celebration together in one private location.
Most Diamond A weddings will look something like this:
- Thursday or Friday: Wedding party arrives, decorates early, settles into the Homestead Quarters.
- Friday evening: Welcome event on the property — a bonfire by the pond, a semi-casual rehearsal dinner, or a “drop in for drinks” hour at the Homestead Quarters.
- Saturday: Ceremony, reception, and celebration.
- Sunday: A brunch or slow morning together before heading home.
Because the wedding party stays on-site, no one is rushing. Rehearsals happen in the same place as the ceremony, and getting-ready spaces are steps away. The whole weekend moves at its own pace, and it will feel like a trip with friends and family.
Of course, a stay at the Homestead Quarters is optional, but highly recommended.
Availability and Seasons
We host weddings year-round, and every Texas season brings something different to the experience. Our peak wedding months—March through June and September through December—typically offer some of the most desirable weather, but they also bring higher demand, more limited date availability, and higher pricing. June is our most popular summer month, while couples who are flexible with their season can often find greater availability and additional value outside of peak dates.

A Texas Wedding Venue With On-Site Lodging
The Homestead House offers on-site accommodations for up to 18 guests, allowing your closest family and friends to stay together at the ranch. Combined with the Bridal Casita, Diamond A Ranch can accommodate up to 20 overnight wedding guests.
On-site lodging allows couples to turn their celebration into more than a single wedding day, with time to settle in, prepare, celebrate, and spend meaningful time together throughout the wedding weekend.
How to Book Diamond A Ranch
Booking is simple, and most of it can be done from your phone.

- Submit our contact form. Our team responds quickly to schedule a tour and answer initial questions.
- Come tour the property. In-person visits are ideal; video tours are available for out-of-town couples who can’t visit right away.
- Sign your contract online. Our entire onboarding — contracts, deposits, credit card payments, ongoing communication — happens digitally. No mailed paperwork or last-minute trips needed.
